Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blanco tequila
  • ½ oz Apricot liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz syrup Honey (for syrup)Buy
  • 2 oz Grapefruit soda (e.g. Ting)Buy
  • ½ dash Absinthe (optional)
  • ½ dash Angostura bitters (optional)

Dress it up

  • Tiki bamboo cocktail picks (optional)Buy
  • Pineapple & palm cocktail picks (optional)Buy

Method

  1. Shake tequila, apricot liqueur, lime, honey syrup, absinthe dash, and bitters with ice.
