  • ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Pineapple juiceBuy

  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Method

  1. Add gin, lemon, pineapple, orgeat, and Peychaud’s to a shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Shake and pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned; cherries (and orchid if you have one).
