Non-alcoholic variation
Pineapple, lemon, falernum syrup, and simple over crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Pineapple juiceBuy
  • ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Velvet falernum
  • ½ oz Simple syrupBuy
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • sprig Fresh mint (optional)

Method

  1. Shake bourbon, pineapple, lemon, falernum, simple, and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain over pebble or crushed ice; mint; grate cinnamon over the top if you like.
